Bu kapsamda, Hisse Devir Sözleşmesi ile belirlenen devir bedeli dikkate alınmak sureti ile Lightyear'ın sahip olduğu 26.821.957TL nominal değerli 26.821.957 adet hisse aşağıda verilen tabloda belirtilen hissedarlara devredilmiştir. Taraflar Hisse Devir Sözleşmesi uyarınca tüm yükümlülüklerini yerine getirmiş olup, hisse devirleri neticesinde Lightyear Healthcare BV'in MLP Sağlık Hizmetleri A.Ş nezdindeki ortaklığı sona ermiştir. In this context, taking into account the transfer price determined under the Share Transfer Agreement, the 26,821,957 shares with a nominal value of TRY 26,821,957 owned by Lightyear were transferred to the shareholders specified in the table below. The parties have fulfilled all their obligations under the Share Transfer Agreement, and as a result of the share transfers, Lightyear Healthcare B.V.'s shareholding in MLP Sağlık Hizmetleri A.Ş. has ceased. This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
