Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu'nun 05.08.2026 tarihli kararı doğrultusunda, Şirketimiz paylarında oluşabilecek likidite sorununun yatırımcıları olumsuz yönde etkilememesi amacıyla, Borsa İstanbul Pay Piyasası'nda yürütülen likidite sağlayıcılığı uygulamaları kapsamında AK Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. ile Likidite Sağlayıcılık Hizmeti Sözleşmesi imzalanmıştır. Likidite sağlayıcılığı faaliyetlerine, Borsa İstanbul A.Ş.'nin gerekli iznini müteakip başlanması planlanmaktadır. İmzalanan sözleşme kapsamında, likidite sağlayıcılığı işlemleri, yatırım kuruluşu olarak belirlenen AK Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. tarafından, Şirketimiz adına açılan likidite sağlayıcılığı müşteri hesabı üzerinden ilgili mevzuata uygun şekilde gerçekleştirilecektir. Pursuant to the resolution of the Board of Directors of MLP Sağlık Hizmetleri A.Ş. dated August 5, 2026, a Liquidity Provision Service Agreement has been executed with AK Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. within the scope of the liquidity provision practices carried out in the Borsa İstanbul Equity Market, with the aim of preventing any potential liquidity issues in the Company's shares from adversely affecting investors. Liquidity provision activities are planned to commence following the receipt of the necessary approval from Borsa İstanbul A.Ş. Within the scope of the executed agreement, liquidity provision transactions will be carried out by AK Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş., designated as the investment institution, through the liquidity provider customer account opened in the name of the Company, in accordance with the applicable legislation. This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
