Yönetim Kurulu'ndan istifa eden Prof.Dr.Talat Ulussever'in yerine Bağımsız Yönetim Kurulu üyesi olarak Av.Cihat ÇAKIR'ın atanması ile ilgili 26.10.2026 tarih 2026/13 sayılı Y önetim kurulu kararı Yalova Ticaret Sicil Müdürlüğü'nce 27.10.2026 tarihinde tescil edilmiş, 27.10.2026 tarih 11696 sayı 1082 sf. Türkiye Ticaret Sicil Gazetesinde yayınlanmıştır. İşbu açıklamanın Türkçe ve İngilizce metinleri arasında herhangi bir farklılık bulunması hâlinde Türkçe metin esas alınacaktır. The Board of Directors' resolution dated 26.10.2026 and numbered 2026/13—regarding the appointment of Attorney Cihat Çakır as an Independent Member of the Board of Directors to replace Prof. Dr. Talat Ulussever, who resigned from the Board—was registered by the Yalova Trade Registry Office on 27.10.2026 and published in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette dated 27.10.2026, issue 11696, page 1082.
