MLP Sağlık Hizmetleri A.Ş., Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu Kurumsal Yönetim Tebliği'nde yer alan Kurumsal Yönetim İlkelerinden 4.2.8. maddesinin "Yönetim kurulu üyelerinin görevleri esnasındaki kusurları ile şirkette sebep olacakları zarar, şirket sermayesinin %25'ini aşan bir bedelle sigorta edilir ve bu husus KAP'ta açıklanır." hükmü gereği, yönetici sorumluluk sigorta poliçesi kapsamındadır. Söz konusu poliçe 10.000.000 ABD doları tutarında olup 30 Eylül 2026 ile 30 Eylül 2027 tarihleri arasını kapsamaktadır. MLP Sağlık Hizmetleri A.Ş. is covered by Directors and Officers Liability Insurance in accordance with article 4.2.8 of Corporate Governance Principles published by the Capital Markets Board of Turkey stating that "Any damage that may be caused by the members of the board of directors during the discharge of their duties is insured for an amount exceeding 25% of the company's capital". The insurance limit is USD 10,000,000 and covers the period between September 30, 2026 and September 30, 2027.
