As part of the efforts to simplify our articles of association in line with the current legislation, our articles of association shall be amended with respect to articles 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19 as set forth in the draft amendments attached as Annex-1; the new articles 7, 8, 20 and 21 as set forth in the draft amendments attached as Annex-1 shall be incorporated into the articles of association in place of the repealed articles 7, 8, 20 and 21; and articles 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 39, 40 and 41 shall be repealed. All necessary applications shall be made to all relevant official institutions and organizations, including but not limited to the Capital Markets Board, the Ministry of Trade and İstanbul Trade Registry Directorate, for the consummation of the amendment of our articles of association. A Turkish version of this announcement has been disclosed simultaneously. In the event of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this announcement, the Turkish version shall prevail. Yukarıdaki açıklamalarımızın, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun yürürlükteki Özel Durumlar Tebliğinde yer alan esaslara uygun olduğunu, bu konuda/konularda tarafımıza ulaşan bilgileri tam olarak yansıttığını, bilgilerin defter, kayıt ve belgelerimize uygun olduğunu, konuyla ilgili bilgileri tam ve doğru olarak elde etmek için gerekli tüm çabaları gösterdiğimizi ve yapılan bu açıklamalardan sorumlu olduğumuzu beyan ederiz.
