The second session of the tender for " İstanbul Küçükçekmece Halkalı West 2nd Stage Revenue Sharing Model Project in Return for Land Sale " which will be developed on the land located in " İstanbul province, Küçükçekmece district, Halkalı neighborhood within the scope of the Cooperation Protocol signed between our Company and Toplu Konut İdaresi Başkanlığı (TOKİ) was held on 31.08.2026 at 14:30. The list of bidders participating in the tender and the details of their offers are presented in the attached list. The evaluation process of the offers is ongoing, and the public will be informed separately following the conclusion of the tender. Respectfully submitted for the information of the public. In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail. Yukarıdaki açıklamalarımızın, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun yürürlükteki Özel Durumlar Tebliğinde yer alan esaslara uygun olduğunu, bu konuda/konularda tarafımıza ulaşan bilgileri tam olarak yansıttığını, bilgilerin defter, kayıt ve belgelerimize uygun olduğunu, konuyla ilgili bilgileri tam ve doğru olarak elde etmek için gerekli tüm çabaları gösterdiğimizi ve yapılan bu açıklamalardan sorumlu olduğumuzu beyan ederiz.
