Pre-Contractual Information Form

1. What this form is

This form is the information given to you before you place a subscription order on mergen.finance. The binding text is a separate document: the Distance Selling Agreement. The two are read together and do not contradict each other.

• The Distance Contracts Regulation requires that certain information be given to the consumer before a digital service order, and that the consumer confirm having received it. This form is that information.
• Reading it binds you to nothing. You are bound when you complete the order step.
• The payment page is not open today. There is no checkout flow on the site and no payment provider is connected. This form is being written now so that it exists before the first sale; when sales open it will be the first screen of the order step.

3. The essential qualities of the service

The subscription gives plan-dependent access to the following:

• Market screens — price, chart and comparison pages. The data comes from third-party sources; each screen states its own refresh rate on the screen itself.
• News summaries — we summarise the news in our own words and give a link to the source with every summary.
• KAP disclosure reading — compilation and plain-language rendering of the disclosures published on the Public Disclosure Platform.
• AI-generated analyst commentary — the analyst identities signing the commentary are fictional and the texts are produced with artificial intelligence. They are not the opinions of real people.
• Portfolio tracker — you enter the records yourself. No connection is made to any exchange, bank or wallet account of yours, and the records you enter are not verified.
• Credit system — an in-account counter earned by completing tasks. Credits have no monetary value, cannot be converted to cash and are not for sale. Buying a subscription is not buying credits.

Other qualities:

• There are three plans: Ücretsiz (free), Mergen, Mergen Pro. Which plan contains which line is written out row by row in the comparison table on the membership page, and it is shown again on the order screen for the plan you selected.
• The service is not investment advice. Mergen is not an investment advisory institution and is not authorised as one by the Capital Markets Board. The content is for general information; your investment decisions are your own responsibility.
• The service is digital and delivered over the internet. It is not warranted to run without interruption or error; planned maintenance and fault-related outages can occur.

4. Price, taxes and payment

• Prices are in Turkish Lira and include all taxes. The total you will pay is shown as a single figure on the order screen.
• There is no other cost for shipping, delivery, setup or access to the service.
• If you choose the annual period, the whole year is charged at the time of the order and you are committed for a year. On the monthly period you are charged each month and there is no minimum commitment. The annual period is compulsory on no plan.
• Payment method: through the payment page shown on the site at the time of the order. No such page exists today, and the site takes and stores no payment or card details. Once the payment provider is decided, this row will be completed with that provider’s name and published before the first sale.
• If a price changes, the change applies only to the next billing period and is notified to you before renewal. The price of a period you have already paid for does not change retroactively.

5. The seller

The written channel for every notice, request, withdrawal declaration and complaint is the email address above. The reply comes from the same address.

6. Performance: when and how you get access

• Delivery is digital. When payment is confirmed, your plan is assigned to your account and the plan-dependent screens open. There is no separate delivery address, shipping time or delivery cost.
• You use the service with the account you placed the order from. Sign-in has no password: a one-time link sent to your email, or “continue with Google”.
• If access does not open because something went wrong, writing to info@mergen.finance is enough; if access cannot be opened, what you paid is refunded.

7. Duration of the contract, renewal and cancellation

• The subscription lasts for the billing period you chose: one month on the monthly period, one year on the annual period. On the monthly period there is no minimum commitment.
• At the end of a period, unless you cancel, the subscription renews on the same terms and for the same length.
• Cancellation is one click from your account. There is no phone call, no reason to explain, and no retention flow.
• When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the period you paid for and the next charge stops the moment you cancel; you are not charged for the following period. No separate refund is made for the remaining days — the rule is the same on both periods, and it does not affect the withdrawal refund.
• A trial never turns into an annual period by itself, under any circumstances. If a trial is offered, what happens at the end of it is written out clearly before the trial starts.

8. The right of withdrawal, and when it ends

• The period: in distance contracts the consumer has the right to withdraw within 14 days, without giving a reason and without paying a penalty. For service contracts the period starts on the day the contract is concluded.
• How to use it: a written notice sent to info@mergen.finance so that it arrives within the 14 days is enough. No particular form or template is required.
• Refund: if the withdrawal is valid, the full amount you paid is refunded to the payment instrument you used within 14 days of your notice reaching us. You are charged nothing for the refund.
• When the right ends — stated plainly: this is a digital service performed immediately by electronic means. If, when placing the order, you consent to performance beginning immediately and your access is opened, your right of withdrawal ends (Distance Contracts Regulation art. 15/1-ğ and art. 15/1-h). That consent is taken on the order screen through a separate, unticked box; you can also place the order without giving it. When access opens in the case where you do not give that consent will be settled as the order flow is built.
• Even once the right of withdrawal has ended, your cancellation right in section 7 stands unchanged: you end the subscription with one click at any time and pay nothing for the next period.

9. Complaints and disputes

• Write to us first: info@mergen.finance. Complaints are received and answered at this address.
• If that does not settle it, as a consumer you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) or the Consumer Court (Tüketici Mahkemesi) in your place of residence or where the transaction took place. Which application belongs to which monetary threshold is announced each year by the Ministry of Trade; because the thresholds change from year to year, this form states no figure.
• These rights cannot be limited or removed by contract.

10. Your confirmation

On the order screen you confirm two separate things:

• That this Pre-Contractual Information Form was given to you before the order and that you have read it.
• If you consent to performance beginning immediately, that you know your right of withdrawal ends with that consent.

Neither box comes pre-ticked, and one does not stand in for the other. When the order is completed, the versions of this form and of the Distance Selling Agreement as they stood that day are sent to you by email.

11. Related documents and governing language

• Distance Selling Agreement — the binding contract text. This form is read together with it; in case of a conflict the two texts are read together and in favour of the consumer.
• Terms of Membership — the rules for using the service.
• Privacy Policy and KVKK Information Notice — the processing of your personal data.
• Cookie Policy — the full list of the cookies the site writes is there; this form does not repeat that list. You can change your cookie choices at any time from the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer.
