Şirketimiz Bağımsız Yönetim Kurulu Üyelerinden Sn. Işıl Dinçer, 21.10.2026 tarihi itibarıyla görevinden istifa ettiğini Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu'na bildirmiştir. 4) Sn. Işıl Dinçer'in istifası sebebiyle boşalan Denetim Komitesi, Riskin Erken Saptanması Komitesi Başkanlığı ve Kurumsal Yönetim Komitesi Üyeliğine Sn. Didem Barlas'ın atanmasına karar verilmiştir. Sn. Didem Barlas'ın bağımsızlık beyanı ekte yer almaktadır. Sn. Didem BARLAS'ın, Kurumsal Yönetim Tebliğ'inde yer alan bağımsızlık kriterlerine uygunluğu hususunda SPK ya gerekli bilgilendirme başvurusu yapılmıştır.
