The issuance certificate approved by the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye relating the shares amounting to 3.501.331.195,57 TL to be issued as a result of increasing our Company's issued share capital to 3.695.860.271,57 TL is hereby submitted in the attachment for your information. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure statement, Turkish version shall prevail.
