(c) We hereby declare that, to the best of our knowledge and within the scope of our duties and responsibilities at our Company, the financial statements prepared in accordance with the Communiqué, including those of entities within the scope of consolidation, fairly reflect the assets, liabilities, financial position and profit or loss of the Company, and that the annual report fairly reflects the development and performance of the business and, together with the entities within the scope of consolidation, the financial position of the Company, including the significant risks and uncertainties it faces, and that we are responsible for the statements made herein. This statement is translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail. c) Şirketimizdeki görev ve sorumluluk alanımızda sahip olduğumuz bilgiler çerçevesinde, Tebliğ uyarınca hazırlanmış finansal tabloların - konsolidasyon kapsamındakilerle birlikte- işletmenin aktifleri, pasifleri, finansal durumu ve kar ve zararı ile ilgili gerçeği dürüst bir biçimde yansıttığı ve faaliyet raporunun işin gelişimi ve performansını ve – konsolidasyon kapsamındakilerle birlikte- işletmenin finansal durumunu, karşı karşıya olduğu önemli riskler ve belirsizliklerle birlikte dürüstçe yansıttığını, yapılan açıklamadan dolayı sorumlu olduğumuzu beyan ederiz. Bu açıklama bilgilendirme amacıyla İngilizceye çevrilmiştir. Bu açıklama metninin Türkçe ve İngilizce versiyonları arasında bir uyumsuzluk olması durumunda Türkçe versiyon esas alınacaktır.
