Şirketimiz Bağımsız Yönetim Kurulu Üyesi Sn. Tayfun Bayazıt görevinden kendi isteği ile ayrılmıştır. Boşalan bağımsız yönetim kurulu üyeliğine ilişkin işlemler SPK'nın Kurumsal Yönetim Tebliği'ne uygun olarak yürütülecek olup, konuyla ilgili gelişmeler kamuoyuyla paylaşılacaktır. Ayrıca, Sn. Tayfun Bayazıt'ın istifasıyla boşalan Denetim Komitesi üyeliğine ve Riskin Erken Saptanması Komitesi başkanlığına 30 Ekim 2026 itibarıyla Sn. Mehmet Kahya atanmıştır. Mr. Tayfun Bayazıt, Independent Member of the Company's Board of Directors, has resigned from his position at his own request. The process for vacant independent board member position will be carried out in accordance with the CMB's Corporate Governance Communiqué, and any related developments will be disclosed to the public. Furthermore, Mr. Mehmet Kahya has been appointed, effective October 30, 2026, as a member of the Audit Committee and as Chairman of the Early Detection of Risk Committee, positions vacated following the resignation of Mr. Tayfun Bayazıt. In the event of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
