Şirketimiz Pasifik Eurasia Lojistik Dış Ticaret A.Ş. (PASEU) tarafından 28.10.2026 tarihinde yapılan özel durum açıklamasında, Şirketimizin üç ortağına ait hesaplar hakkında adli mercilerce tedbir kararı uygulandığına ve ortaklarımızın, tedbirin kaldırılması talebiyle yasal hakları çerçevesinde ilgili adli mercilere itirazda bulunduğuna yer verilmişti. İstanbul Cumhuriyet Başsavcılığının 28.10.2026 tarihli yeni yazısı ile, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulunun 27.10.2026 tarih ve 2026/77 sayılı bülteninde Pasifik Eurasia Lojistik Dış Ticaret A.Ş. payları hakkında suç duyurusunda bulunulduğu, suç duyurusu kapsamında Fatih ERDOĞAN, Mehmet ERDOĞAN ve Abdulkerim FIRAT'ın yer almadığı, delillerin yeniden değerlendirilmesi sonucunda ortaklarımız hakkında söz konusu tedbirlerin ve durdurma kararının kaldırılmasına karar verilmiştir. In the material disclosure made by our Company, Pasifik Eurasia Lojistik Dış Ticaret A.Ş. (PASEU), on 28 October 2026, it was stated that judicial measures had been imposed by the judicial authorities on accounts belonging to three of our shareholders and that our shareholders had filed objections with the relevant judicial authorities, in accordance with their legal rights, requesting the lifting of such measures. Pursuant to a new letter dated 28 October 2026 issued by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, it has been decided, following a reassessment of the evidence, to lift the aforementioned measures and suspension order imposed on our shareholders. The letter stated that, although a criminal complaint had been filed concerning the shares of Pasifik Eurasia Lojistik Dış Ticaret A.Ş. in the Capital Markets Board's (CMB) Bulletin No. 2026/77 dated 27 October 2026, Fatih ERDOĞAN, Mehmet ERDOĞAN and Abdulkerim FIRAT were not included among the individuals covered by the criminal complaint. We hereby inform our investors and the public. This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
