Şirketimizin mevcut Yönetici Sorumluluk Sigortası, Ekim 2026 – Ekim 2027 dönemini kapsayacak şekilde ve sorumluluk limiti Şirket sermayesinin %25'ini aşacak biçimde yenilenmiştir. İşbu açıklama, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun II-17.1 sayılı Kurumsal Yönetim Tebliği ekinde yer alan Kurumsal Yönetim İlkeleri'nin 4.2.8 numaralı ilkesi uyarınca yapılmaktadır. İşbu açıklamanın Türkçe ve İngilizce metinleri arasında farklılık olması durumunda Türkçe metin esas alınacaktır. The Company's existing Directors' and Officers' Liability Insurance has been renewed to cover the period October 2026 – October 2027, with a liability limit exceeding 25% of the Company's share capital. This disclosure is made pursuant to Principle 4.2.8 of the Corporate Governance Principles annexed to the Capital Markets Board's Communiqué on Corporate Governance (II-17.1). Respectfully announced to the public and our investors. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
