JCR-Eurasia Rating gözden geçirme süreci kapsamında, Zorlu Enerji Elektrik Üretim AŞ'nin konsolide yapısını yeniden değerlendirerek Uzun Vadeli Ulusal Notu'nu "BB (tr)", söz konusu nota ilişkin görünümünü ise "Negatif" olarak güncellemiştir. As part of its review process, JCR Eurasia Rating has evaluated the consolidated structure of Zorlu Enerji Elektrik Üretim AŞ and revised its Long-Term National Credit Rating at "BB (tr)" with a "Negative" outlook. This statement has been translated into English for informative purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
