Şirketimizin kredi derecelendirme notu ve görünümleri JCR Avrasya Derecelendirme A.Ş. tarafından ekteki şekilde tespit edilmiştir (https://www.kap.org.tr/tr/Bildirim/1688921). Şirketimiz, 24 Ekim 2025 tarihli derecelendirmede AA – (tr) "Durağan" olarak tespit edilen Uzun Vadeli Ulusal Kurum Kredi Rating Notu başta olmak üzere kredi derecelendirme notu ve görünümlerinin 28 Ekim 2026 tarihli derecelendirme raporunda yer aldığı şekilde revizyonuna itirazlarını JCR Avrasya Derecelendirme A.Ş.'ye sunmuştur. Şirketimiz kredi derecelendirme notu ve görünümlerinin revizyonuna ilişkin tüm haklarını saklı tutmaktadır. Pay sahiplerimiz gelişmelerden ivedilikle haberdar edilecektir. The credit ratings and outlooks of our Company have been determined by JCR Eurasia Rating Inc. as set forth in the attached document ( https://www.kap.org.tr/tr/Bildirim/1688921 ). Our Company has submitted its objections to JCR Eurasia Rating Inc. regarding the revision of its credit ratings and outlooks, as set out in the rating report dated 28 October 2026, particularly with respect to the Long-Term National Issuer Credit Rating, which was previously assigned a rating of AA− (tr) with a "Stable" outlook in the rating assessment dated 24 October 2025. Our Company reserves all rights with respect to the revision of its credit ratings and outlooks. Our shareholders will be promptly informed of any further developments.
