Bu çerçevede Şirketimizin merkez adresi "Fevzipaşa Mahallesi, Gölet Yolu Caddesi, N15 Değirmenköy 34586 Silivri İstanbul " olarak; 425.000.000 TL tutarındaki kayıtlı sermaye tavanının geçerlilik süresi ise 2026-2030 yıllarını (5 yıl) kapsayacak şekilde güncellenmiştir. Tek metin haline getirilmiş güncel esas sözleşmemiz ekte yer almakta olup, Şirketimizin www.ozyasar.com.tr adresindeki kurumsal internet sitesinde de mevzuatın belirlediği süre içerisinde yayımlanacaktır. Pay sahiplerine ve kamuoyuna saygıyla duyurulur. In this context, the Company's registered office address has been updated to "Fevzipaşa Mahallesi, Gölet Yolu Caddesi, N15, Değirmenköy, 34586 Silivri, Istanbul," and the validity period for the registered capital ceiling of 425,000,000 TL has been updated to cover the years 2026–2030 (a 5-year period). The current Articles of Association, consolidated into a single text, are attached hereto and will also be published on our Company's corporate website at www.ozyasar.com.tr within the timeframe stipulated by applicable legislation.
