Şirketimizin 24.08.2026 tarihli özel durum açıklamasında, Haver Farma İlaç A.Ş.'nin fon kullanıcısı/kaynak kuruluş olacağı, yurt içinde nitelikli ve/veya tahsisli yatırımcılara satılmak üzere 1.000.000.000 TL tutarına kadar kira sertifikası ihracına karar verildiği kamuya duyurulmuştu. Haver Farma İlaç A.Ş.'nin talebi doğrultusunda, söz konusu kira sertifikası ihracına ilişkin olarak Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na yapılan ihraç tavanı başvurusunun işlemden kaldırılması talep edilmiş olup, söz konusu talep Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu Karar Organı'nın 16.10.2026 tarih ve 71/1861 sayılı toplantısında uygun görülerek başvuru işlemden kaldırılmıştır. In the material event disclosure dated 24 August 2026, our Company announced that it had resolved to issue lease certificates (sukuk) in an amount of up to TRY 1,000,000,000, to be sold to qualified investors and/or through private placement in Türkiye, with Haver Farma İlaç A.Ş. acting as the fund user/originator. Upon the request of Haver Farma İlaç A.Ş., the withdrawal from processing of the application submitted to the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye for the issuance ceiling relating to the aforementioned lease certificates was requested. The request was approved at the meeting of the Decision-Making Body of the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye dated 16 October 2026 and numbered 71/1861, and the application was accordingly withdrawn from processing. In case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail. We hereby submit this disclosure for the information of the public and our investors.
