2. Pursuant to Principle No. 4.3.8 of the Corporate Governance Principles annexed to the Capital Markets Board's Corporate Governance Communiqué No. II-17.1, it has been resolved that the Corporate Governance Committee shall carry out the necessary evaluations regarding the vacant independent Board membership and that the list of candidates for independent Board membership to be determined based on the Corporate Governance Committee's report shall be submitted to the Capital Markets Board within 30 days following the vacancy of the independent Board membership.
