The registration and announcement procedures regarding the amendments to Articles 6 of our Company's Articles of Association, titled "Capital" respectively, have been completed. The updated version of the Company's Articles of Association is attached hereto. This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes only. In the event of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail. Şirketimiz esas sözleşmesinin "Sermaye" başlıklı 6'ncı maddesinin tadiline ilişkin tescil ve ilan işlemleri tamamlanmış olup, şirket esas sözleşmesinin güncel hali ekli dokümantasyonda yer almaktadır. Bu ifade bilgilendirme amacıyla İngilizceye çevrilmiştir. İşbu açıklama metninin Türkçe ve İngilizce versiyonları arasında herhangi bir farklılık olması halinde, Türkçe versiyon esas alınacaktır.
