Within the scope of the private placement capital increase carried out by our Company on September 9, 2026, the sale of shares with a total nominal value of TRY 10.288.924,00, issued with the restriction of the existing shareholders' pre-emptive rights, has been completed, and our Company's issued capital has been increased from TRY 240.000.000,00 to TRY 250.288.924,00. Accordingly, Article 6 of our Company's Articles of Association, titled "Capital and Shares", has been amended to reflect the new capital structure and registered with the Trade Registry. The current and registered version of the Articles of Association is attached to this disclosure for the information of our investors. Disclaimer: This disclosure is also provided in English for information purposes. In the event of any inconsistency between the Turkish and English versions, the Turkish version shall prevail. Şirketimizin 09.09.2026 tarihinde gerçekleştirdiği tahsisli sermaye artırımı kapsamında, mevcut ortakların yeni pay alma hakları kısıtlanarak ihraç edilen toplam 10.288.924,00 TL nominal değerli payların satışı tamamlanmış ve çıkarılmış sermayemiz 240.000.000,00 TL'den 250.288.924,00 TL'ye yükseltilmiştir. Bu doğrultuda, Şirketimiz esas sözleşmesinin "Sermaye ve Hisse Senetleri" başlıklı 6. maddesi, yeni sermaye yapısını yansıtacak şekilde güncellenmiş ve ticaret siciline tescil edilmiştir. Söz konusu esas sözleşmenin güncel ve tescilli hali, bu açıklama ekinde yatırımcılarımızın bilgisine sunulmaktadır. Çekince: Bu açıklama, bilgilendirme amacıyla İngilizce olarak da sunulmuştur.
