Şirketimiz bünyesinde, Yatırımcı İlişkileri Yöneticisi ve Kurumsal Yönetim Komitesi Üyeliği görevlerini yürüten Sayın Şule Aylin Koyuncuoğlu'nun 15.10.2026 tarihi itibarıyla görevlerinden ayrılmıştır. Yönetim Kurulumuzca oybirliği ile karar verilmiştir. Ms. Şule Aylin Koyuncuoğlu, who served as the Investor Relations Manager and a Member of the Corporate Governance Committee of our Company, has resigned from her positions effective October 15, 2026. In this regard, at the Board of Directors meeting held on October 16, 2026, it was unanimously resolved to appoint Mr. Murat Koca, who holds a Capital Market Activities Level 3 License and a Corporate Governance Rating License, as the Investor Relations Manager of the Company, pursuant to Article 11 of the Corporate Governance Communiqué (II-17.1) issued by the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye, to ensure compliance with obligations arising from capital markets legislation and to coordinate corporate governance practices.
