İstanbul İli, Arnavutköy İlçesi, Yassıören Mahallesi, Kuzey Marmara Özel Endüstri Bölgesi (KMÖEB) sınırları içerisinde yer alan, 149 ada, 259 parsel numaralı, 19.523,26 m² yüzölçümüne sahip "Özel Endüstri Bölgesi" fonksiyonunda bulunan taşınmaz üzerinde ‘'ticarethane/işyeri'' nitelikli proje geliştirilmesi amacıyla arsa sahipleri ile görüşmelere başlanmıştır. Discussions have commenced with the landowners regarding the development of a commercial project on the property designated for "Special Industrial Zone" use, located within the boundaries of Kuzey Marmara Özel Endüstri Bölgesi (KMÖEB), in Yassıören Mahallesi, Arnavutköy İlçesi, İstanbul İli, registered as Block 149, Parcel 259, with a total area of 19,523.26 m². We hereby submit this information to the public and our investors. In case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
