9 Ekim 2026'da saat 11:00'de gerçekleştirilen Olağanüstü Genel Kurul Toplantısında, şirket merkezi adresinin Fevzipaşa Mahallesi, Gölet Yolu Caddesi N 15, 34586 Değirmenköy, Silivri/İstanbul olarak değiştirilmesine yapılan oylama sonucu karar verilmiştir. Söz konusu adres değişikliği ile ilgili olarak, mevzuatta öngörülen süre içerisinde İstanbul Ticaret Sicili Müdürlüğüne tescil başvurusu ve Türkiye Ticaret Sicili Gazetesinde ilan işlemi yapılacaktır. Tescil ve ilan işlemleri sonuçlandığında ayrıca kamuoyuna bilgi verilecektir.
