ii. Şirketimizde hali hazırda İş Geliştirme Direktörü olarak görev yapmakta olan Abidder Emin Şimşek İç Denetim ve Risk Yönetimi Direktörü olarak atanmıştır. iii. Yönetim Kurulu'na bağlı olarak faaliyet gösteren İş Geliştirme Direktörlüğü kapatılarak Şirketimizin organizasyon şemasından çıkarılmıştır. iv. Şirketimizin, İş Geliştirme Direktörlüğü bünyesinde yürütülmekte olan Kuzey Irak'taki operasyonları Şirketimizin Genel Müdürüne bağlanmış olup Genel Müdürün yetki ve görevleri bu doğrultuda güncellenmiştir. ii. Mr. Abidder Emin Şimşek, who has been serving as our Company's Business Development Director, has been appointed as the Internal Audit and Risk Management Director. iii. The Business Development Directorate, operating under the Board of Directors, has been closed down and removed from our Company's organization chart. iv. The operations in Northern Iraq, previously conducted within the scope of the Business Development Directorate, have been subordinated to our Company's General Manager, and the authorities and duties of the General Manager have been updated accordingly. We respectfully submit this information to the public. This statement has been translated into English for informative purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
