Şirketimizin 21 Ekim 2025 tarihli özel durum açıklamasında; Ulaş OSB Mah. 103 Sokak N1-3/1 Ergene2 OSB 59930 Ergene/Tekirdağ adresinde mukim sanayi tesisimizin enerji ihtiyacının teminine yönelik olarak işletilmekte olan Çorlu Kojenerasyon Santrali kapsamında 5 adet gaz motorunun faaliyetine son verilerek devre dışı bırakılması ve kurulumunun yapılması planlanan 691 kW-927 HP (0,751 MWm - 0,691 Mwe) toplam kurulu gücündeki 1 adet dizel jeneratör (motorin) ünitesinin üretim lisansımıza derç edilmesi suretiyle lisans tadili başvurusunun Enerji Piyasası Düzenleme Kurumu'na (EPDK) yapıldığı duyurulmuştu. Söz konusu başvurumuzun 03/09/2026 tarih ve 14840-6 sayılı EPDK Kurul kararıyla onaylandığı 07.09.2026 tarihinde (bugün) Şirketimize tebliğ edilmiştir. İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi KAP ‘da yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir. In our announcement dated October 21, 2025, it was announced that an application had been submitted to the Energy Market Regulatory Authority ("EMRA") for an amendment to our power generation license. The application pertains to the decommissioning of five gas engine units operating within the scope of the Çorlu Cogeneration Power Plant, which is utilized to meet the energy requirements of our industrial facility located at Ulaş OSB Mah. 103 Sokak N 1-3/1, Ergene 2 Organized Industrial Zone, 59930 Ergene/Tekirdağ, and to the incorporation into our generation license of one diesel generator (diesel fuel) unit with an installed capacity of 691 kW - 927 HP (0.751 MWm / 0.691 MWe), which is planned to be installed. The related license amendment application has been approved pursuant to the EMRA Board Resolution dated September 3, 2026 and numbered 14840-6 and notified to our Company as of September 7, 2026 (today) . We hereby respectfully announce to the public. This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
