Şirketimiz yönetim kurulu üyelerinden Ercan Hacıfazlıoğlu ile Muhammed Nedim Özdemir'in 22.07.2026 tarihinde yönetim kurulu üyeliğinden istifa etmiş olması nedeniyle TTK madde 363 kapsamında bir sonraki genel kurula kadar, Genel Kurul'un onayına sunulmak ve selefinin kalan süresi kadar görev yapmak üzere Türker Tekten ile Salih Tuncer Mutlucan'ın atanmasına karar verilmiştir. As Mr. Ercan Hacıfazlıoğlu and Mr. Muhammed Nedim Özdemir, members of the Board of Directors of our Company, resigned from their positions on 22 July 2026, it has been resolved, pursuant to Article 363 of the Turkish Commercial Code, to appoint Mr. Türker Tekten and Mr. Salih Tuncer Mutlucan as members of the Board of Directors until the next General Assembly meeting, subject to the approval of the General Assembly, and to serve for the remainder of their predecessors' terms of office. This announcement is respectfully submitted for the information of the public.
