Following the registration and announcement of the amendment made to Article 6 titled "Capital" of our Company's Articles of Association, the updated text of the Articles of Association reflecting the said amendment is attached hereto. Respectfully announced to the public and our investors. The English translation of this disclosure has been made simultaneously. In case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of the disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail. Şirketimizin Esas Sözleşmesi'nin "Sermaye" başlıklı 6.maddesinde yapılan değişikliğin tescil ve ilan edilmesinin ardından, söz konusu tadil yapıldıktan sonra güncel Esas Sözleşme metni ekte yer almaktadır. İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisieşanlı olarak yapılmış olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.
