In our material event disclosure dated October 1, 2026, we announced that our application under the KOSGEB Technology Center Support Program (Establishment Support) had been approved, that our Company had been granted the right to use the TEKMER name, and that the necessary procedures for the incorporation of a technology center company would be carried out accordingly. Within this scope, pursuant to the resolution of our Board of Directors, the incorporation of METROPOLCARD TEKNOLOJİ MERKEZİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ , wholly owned by our Company, has been completed to promote technology, innovation, research and development (R&D), and entrepreneurship activities. The incorporation announcement was published in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette dated October 23, 2026 and number 11694 . This material event disclosure has been prepared in both Turkish and English. In case of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the two versions, the Turkish version shall prevail.
