Kurumsal Yönetim Komitesi'nin görev, yetki ve çalışma esaslarının mevcut çalışma esasları çerçevesinde aynen devam etmesine karar verilmiştir. İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi eş anlı kamuya açıklanmış olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir. Following the evaluations conducted, the Board of Directors of our Company has resolved to appoint Mr. Osman Kocaman as the Chairman of the Corporate Governance Committee, in accordance with the Capital Markets Board's Corporate Governance Communiqué No. II-17.1 and the relevant legislation. It has further been resolved that the duties, powers, and operating principles of the Corporate Governance Committee shall remain unchanged and continue to be governed by the existing principles of operation. This statement has been translated into English and simultaneously announced for informational purposes. In the event of any discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions, the Turkish version shall prevail.
