Denetim Komitesi ve Riskin Erken Saptanması Komitesi Üyelikleri Bağımsız Üyeler Tacettin VURAL ve Murat NARMAN’dan oluşmaktadır. Kurumsal Yönetim Komitesi Başkanlığına Bağımsız Üye Murat NARMAN, Üyeliklere Bağımsız Üye Tacettin VURAL ve Yusuf Ali ALAN atanmışlardır. Şirketimiz Bağımsız Yönetim Kurulu Üyesi Tacettin VURAL İç Kontrolden Sorumlu Yönetim Kurulu Üyesi olarak atanmıştır. Kredi Komitesi Başkanlığını, Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı Mehmet Ali GÖKALP yürütmekte olup, komite üyelikleri Hüseyin Tarkan AKGÜL ve Engin Emre SEÇEN tarafından yürütülmektedir. The Audit Committee and the Early Detection of Risk Committee consist of independent members Tacettin VURAL and Murat NARMAN. Independent Board Member Murat NARMAN has been appointed Chair of the Corporate Governance Committee, while Independent Board Member Tacettin VURAL and Yusuf Ali ALAN have been appointed as members. Independent Board Member Tacettin VURAL has been appointed as the Board Member Responsible for Internal Control. The Credit Committee is chaired by Chairman of the Board Mehmet Ali GÖKALP, with Hüseyin Tarkan AKGÜL and Engin Emre SEÇEN serving as committee members.
