Şirketimiz Sürdürülebilirlik Komitesi üyeleri Sayın Günışığı Geçgil ve Sayın Tolga İldaşer'in, Etik Komitesi üyesi Günışığı Geçgil'in Şirketimizdeki görevlerinden ayrılmaları nedeniyle Komite üyeliklerinin sona erdiği tespit edilmiştir. Bu kapsamda, Sürdürülebilirlik Komitesi faaliyetlerinin etkin ve kesintisiz şekilde sürdürülmesini teminen, boşalan Komite üyeliklerine Sayın Mehmet Kestane ve Sayın Faruk Koçer'in atanmasına karar verilmiştir. Pay sahipleri ve kamunun bilgisine sunulur. It has been noted that the memberships of Mr. Günışığı Geçgil and Mr. Tolga İldaşer in the Sustainability Committee, and the membership of Mr. Günışığı Geçgil in the Ethics Committee, have ceased as a result of their departure from their respective positions within the Company. In this regard, in order to ensure the effective and uninterrupted continuation of the activities of the Sustainability Committee, it has been resolved to appoint Mr. Mehmet Kestane and Mr. Faruk Koçer to fill the vacant memberships of the Sustainability Committee. We hereby inform our shareholders and the public. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
