Within the scope of our duties and responsibilities within the Company, based on the information we possess, the financial statements prepared in accordance with the Communiqué fairly present the assets, liabilities, financial position, and profit or loss of the Company together with the development and performance of the business and the financial position of the Company, along with the principal risks and uncertainties it faces, and we acknowledge and declare this statement. This special event disclosure has been prepared in both Turkish and English. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the two texts, the Turkish version shall prevail. Şirketteki görev ve sorumluluk alanımızda sahip olduğumuz bilgiler çerçevesinde, tebliğ uyarınca hazırlanmış söz konusu finansal tabloların Şirketin aktifleri, pasifleri, finansal durumu ve kar ve zararı ile ilgili gerçeği dürüst bir biçimde yansıttığını ve faaliyet raporunun işin gelişimi ve performansını ve Şirketin finansal durumunu, karşı karşıya olduğu önemli riskler ve belirsizliklerle birlikte dürüstçe yansıttığını beyan ederiz. Bu özel durum açıklaması Türkçe ve İngilizce dillerinde hazırlanmıştır. İki metin arasında herhangi bir farklılık veya çelişki olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas alınacaktır.
