Şirketimiz Genel Müdürlük adresinin "İnkılap Mahallesi Dr. Adnan Büyükdeniz Caddesi Akyaka Park No 7/A İç Kapı No 29 Ümraniye/İSTANBUL" adresinden, "Finanskent Mahallesi Finans Caddesi No 30 İç Kapı No 19 Ümraniye/İSTANBUL" adresine taşınmasına ve işbu kararın İstanbul Ticaret Sicili Müdürlüğü nezdinde tescil ve Türkiye Ticaret Sicil Gazetesi'nde ilan edilmesine karar verilmiştir. It has been decided to relocate our Company's headquarters from the address "İnkılap Mahallesi Dr. Adnan Büyükdeniz Caddesi Akyaka Park No 7/A İç Kapı No 29 Ümraniye/İSTANBUL" to "Finanskent Mahallesi Finans Caddesi No 30 İç Kapı No 19 Ümraniye/İSTANBUL" and to register this decision with the Istanbul Trade Registry Office and publish it in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette. This is hereby announced to the public. This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
